The Science of Making Torque from Wind (TORQUE 2018)

Milano, 20-22 June 2018

The seventh edition of the international conference “The Science of Making Torque from Wind” (TORQUE 2018), organized by Prof. Alessandro Croce,  will take place in June 20-22, 2018 at Politecnico di Milano, Campus Bovisa, Milano, Italy.

TORQUE 2018 is a biennial conference organized under the auspices of the European Academy of Wind Energy (EAWE). The conference aims at providing a forum for discussion and technical exchanges on the most recent advances in the general field of wind energy science and technology. Original high-quality papers may be submitted in one of the following six different sessions lead by experts in the field.

The program will have a limited number of parallel oral sessions as well as poster presentations. All papers (oral and poster) will be subjected to a two-stage peer-review process (review of both abstracts and full papers). The conference proceedings will be published by IOP in the open-access Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS).

Abstracts and papers shall be submitted online at the conference web site www.torque2018.org.
